The owners live upstairs and will make sure your stay is enjoyable ; downstairs, a new restaurant, l'Hermitage, has a lovely open-air dining area ( tables are across the street, so not directy under your windows).

RATES - For stays less than 1 week, the daily rate will apply. For stays of 1 week and over, the weekly rate will apply and additional nights will be charged at a proportion of the weekly rate on a pro-rata basis.
TRANSPORT - You have a choice of the TGV ( expresstrain) Avignon station, Marseilles and Avignon airports with flights to England direct. Avignon is at the croosroads of direct motorways from Paris in the north, Barcelona on the west and Turin or Genoa east. Mainline Trains station, Intercity buses and Taxes are all within 10 mins walk of the apartment.
PARKING - Parking in Avignon is not difficult althought there is limited parking downtown. Most visitors will park their cars for the first night in the Halles or Jaures carparks. However, there are some free parking options (free carparks of les Italiens, Allées de l'Oule, just outside the city walls with many public transport link) which we can explain to you.

3. To secure your booking, youshould pay a 20% deposit, either online using our paypal account or by bank transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND - There is a security deposit of 150 euros. This may be paid on arrival and is refunded on departure.
