The apartment has space for up to 4 guests and an additional young child. There is one double-bed in the main bedroom, a small sofa, and a double sofa-bed in the living room.Furniture includes two writing desks, table and chairs. Ancient exposed stones from the St Anthonys church, indeendent mini kitchen with fridge, independent bathroom with shower. Cooking ustensils, towels, bedsheets, WiFi access included. Ideal for families or friends travelling together. Rate : 85 euros daily, 450 weekly
Changeover Day: flexible
RATES - For stays less than 1 week, the daily rate will apply. For stays of 1 week and over, the weekly rate will apply and additional nights will be charged at a proportion of the weekly rate on a pro-rata basis.
TRANSPORT - You have a choice of the TGV ( expresstrain) Avignon station, Marseilles and Avignon airports with flights to England direct. Avignon is at the croosroads of direct motorways from Paris in the north, Barcelona on the west and Turin or Genoa east. Mainline Trains station, Intercity buses and Taxes are all within 10 mins walk of the apartment.
PARKING - Parking in Avignon is not difficult althought there is limited parking downtown. Most visitors will park their cars for the first night in the Halles or Jaures carparks. However, there are some free parking options (free carparks of les Italiens, Allées de l'Oule, just outside the city walls with many public transport link) which we can explain to you.

3. To secure your booking, youshould pay a 20% deposit, either online using our paypal account or by bank transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND - There is a security deposit of 150 euros. This may be paid on arrival and is refunded on departure.
